The works of the wastewater treatment plant in Zújar begin
This Monday, May 13 will begin the execution works of the wastewater treatment plant in Zújar, with an investment of 3.8 million euros and a period of execution of the work of 13 months, to which we must add 6 more months of implementation, as reported by the delegate of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Sustainable Development, María José Martín.
Currently, the wastewater from the urban agglomeration of Zújar, with a population of more than 2,600 inhabitants, is discharged directly without any treatment to the Carrizal Stream, so this action is declared of Interest of the Autonomous Community by Agreement of the Council of Government of the Junta de Andalucía and its financing is the responsibility of the regional improvement fee.
